HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CHANEL PRODUCT?

You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.

Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, along with the return form.

CHANEL includes a prepaid mailing label in your package that is to be attached to the outside of your return package.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, please note that the delivery costs won't be refunded.
